Recently we had some monumental climate news come out of DC! The passage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is certainly a win to celebrate. But our work towards a greener future for Washington state can’t stop there.

The IRA fast-tracks investments into fighting climate change and establishing a clean energy future, making it possible for Washington to cut emissions further and faster than ever before. Yet in order to avoid the worst impacts of climate change, our state policymakers must continue pushing to limit emissions and create a greener and more equitable future for all Washingtonians.
