Compel Marjorie Taylor Greene to testify before the January 6th committee!

Unsurprisingly, Republican extremist Marjorie Taylor Greene was one of the Members of Congress who sought out pardons from Trump following the attempted January 6th insurrection. Now, she’s on Twitter trashing the witness who exposed her… without directly denying the action at all.

If Greene is one of the Members of Congress who requested a pardon, that means she knew about the plans to attack our Democracy. There is zero reason that she should not be testifying on the events of January 6th.

Norman Eisen, a CNN legal analyst, tweeted “Congressmen helping Trump on & before 1/6 & then demanding pardons. Makes me think of 18 USC 201: A public official who corruptly seeks anything of value in return for an official act or colluding in fraud shall be imprisoned for up to 15 years & disqualified from office.”

Demanding Marjorie Taylor Greene’s testimony is the bare minimum, considering she and her colleagues actually broke the law.
