Tucker Carlson has crossed a major red line with his recent attempts to whitewash the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

During a recent broadcast, he cherrypicked footage given to him by Speaker McCarthy to make the ridiculous and reprehensible case that the event of January 6th was *not* an insurrection but actually a bunch of nice peaceful conservatives victimized by the deep state.

Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer tore into Tucker for his breathtaking revision of history: "To say Jan. 6 was not violent is a lie, a lie pure and simple. I don't think I've ever seen a prime-time cable news anchor manipulate his viewers the way Mr. Carlson did last night. I don't think I've ever seen an anchor treat the American people and American democracy with such disdain."

Enough is enough. Whether he's excusing insurrection of inciting violence against LGBT+ Americans or getting unreasonably angry because the green M&M isn't sexy anymore, we need to put a stop to the political poison Tucker Carlson is pumping into millions of homes every night.
