Stop Trump's scheme to dodge punishment for his crimes through a sham company!

In a move as brazen as it is absurd, Donald Trump is attempting to dodge the New York attorney general's fraud lawsuit by moving his assets out of the Trump Organization into a new company, which he called… the Trump Organization II. No, that is not a joke. He really called it that.

On October 13th, NY AG Letitia James called on a judge to stop Trump from transferring his assets over and accused him of engaging in an "ongoing fraud scheme.

Hold Trump accountable for his many, many, many, many, many crimes!

"Beyond just the continuation of its prior fraud, the Trump Organization now appears to be taking steps to restructure its business to avoid existing responsibilities under New York law," wrote the AG's lawyers in a statement.

The AG is worried that it might be difficult to enforce a fine on Trump if the assets in question are held by a company that is not named as a defendant in the case. It's preposterous that Trump might be able to escape justice by simply creating a new company, and he must be stopped.
