Pledge to change America’s deadly gun culture!

We don’t have to wait four more years to take on gun violence. Project Unloaded is taking on gun culture today - and you can too.  To stop gun violence, we must change gun laws – and gun culture. 

The gun industry has sold us on the myth that guns make us safer. They’ve made millions –while Americans have paid with their lives. The truth is that homes with guns have twice as many homicides as homes without firearms. Gun suicides are three times as likely in homes with a gun. Communities with more guns experience more gun violence, not less. 

Without question, the gun lobby will have a seat at the table in Trump’s White House. But if Americans make the choice to reject what they’re selling, we can chip away at their power and make our families safer too.

The problem is clear: It’s the Guns. 

Legislative action is not the only path to reducing gun violence. The choices we make as individuals and in our communities matter too. We’ll all be safer when fewer people choose to own and carry guns.
